Google will be launching a new Beta Adsense.
Currently when the user visits a website, the Ads that appear are based on the relevance of the website. The new Adsense Beta will show the user categories they are interested in, for example if the user is interested in cars (determined by the types of websites they normally visit) these types of ads will appear).
