Marketing in a recession

We may be in a recession, what do we do? If you’re under 40 you’ve never lived through a recession before. Last time interest rates were high, we knew more people out of work than with jobs. Ironically this is also why we started our own businesses! You need to take action now:
  1. Get a plan
  2. Decide who your target customers are
  3. Review what you offer them
  4. Talk to your customers, we always find when conducting surveys that customers tell us what they really think and what they really need
  5. Pick up the phone sooner rather than later
