  2. Gain their feedback and amend if needed
  3. Secure positive quotes to use on your website and in any promotional literature

Pilots are a useful way to prepare for a bigger launch too. It means you have clients as soon as the service is launched which is a powerful message to communicate to any clients who are in the ‘not sure’ whether or not to buy category.
